A little bit about the Chef:

Greetings, I am Chef Giffin. I have been in the culinary field for nearly 20 years. Following a childhood rich in culinary experiences, I decided to pursue a career in the culinary field following my undergraduate work. I attended the Southern California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena. My education gave me a foundation in classic cuisines and nutrition. I have used this knowledge while doing large and small catering in both California and Oregon. My cooking was greatly influenced while working in the San Francisco Bay Area and numerous operations here in Oregon. This led me to have owned and operated a small local Bistro, as well as a fast-casual restaurant.

In the interest of patrons looking for value in a meal, ease in food preparation, and eating nutritious, delicious foods, I have decided to offer personal chef services. As a proud member of The American Personal and Private Chefs Assoc., I have a full array of services that can be tailored to your family's unique needs. I am prepared to offer personalized menus that consider dietary needs, such as gluten-free, diabetic, or low-calorie meals. All of the meals are prepared fresh within your own kitchen, then conveniently stored in your freezer/refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy. In addition, I specialize in small in-home gatherings and/or social dinner parties as well. My service is ideal for small holiday parties, baby or wedding showers, cocktail and wine tastings or intimate dinners. No need to bring in a large catering operation for a small gathering.
